Great u speak spanglish! =) and ur case was funny, but hey the most important is that u try it! im gonna see that link about the hernia hiatal. i was thinkin i had that but i was at the doctor 20 minutes ago for an unfill and i feel soooo great now. hernia hiatal is not my case, gracias a dios!

hello i cant i have 3 cc in my band i had an adjustment 5 hours ago, i cant sleep i feel back pain and li reflux so i wake up every 10 minutes... what can i do? i know i have to desajustment but what else i can do to forget thiiiis pain -

hi My day: liquid Yogurth with a cookie some fruit fish with green letuce a banana, apple a fruit green tea Water a lot! dinner, can change by day, maybe milk, cereal, toste. and let me tell you im gaining weight i had a adjustment 5 days ago and i dont know whats wrong im in shock!

ok, thanks but well... i cant eat by the mourning but later i can! and afternoon and night is ok and when i wakeup the next day i feel like the things i ate at night. u think could b mayb the restriction im to tide or could be slippage!?

I have some problems 2, i dont know if im tooo fill or what but in the mourning and night when i Eat something stucks produce like something heavy like fluids and i need to go to the bathroom, so i better want to drink, be on liquids for evoid pains and problems. mayb i need to chew more and slowly i dont know sometimes im scared!
