Everyone looks amazing!!! I met my personal/final goal of 160lbs yesterday! Doing my first 5k November 16th!! So damn excited!!

That is pretty standard 10%, I had to do it as well. I also had to attend 3 support groups, a pshyc test, and nutrition classes but it was all well worth it in the end.Throwing these pants in the trash bin!!
