I had my sleeve November 12th. I'm down 120lbs total. It's a roller coaster and I feel tired as well. I've adjusted vitamins but still the same tired. I'm sure it will get better soon.

Im sorry to hear about the cancer. I hope everything will be okay and you have a speedy, painless recovery. I'm down a total of 61 lbs. while I'm excited to be down, I keep getting this feeling I should be losing more. I know Rome wasn't built in a day so I keep telling myself it's going to happen just give it time.

So, I get mushies starting tomorrow. I'm worried because I've been having these strange pains in my stomach. Did anyone experience these? I can drink a sip and then a pain starts in my stomach and then to my chest. It goes away in a few seconds but I haven't experienced this before. Anyone else experience this?

I've moved on to some mushy foods and have been experiencing some pain while eating and after. Please tell me this is normal. My surgery was 11/12.

I'm a week out today. I'm still on liquids and feel like I'm losing my mind. I attempted cream of wheat and some thinned refried beans. Felt awful afterwards. I called the dietician for advise. I'm hoping it gets better when I'm allowed mushy next week.

I was sleeved 11/12/14. I do get frustrated sometimes seeing my family enjoy meals that I can't have but I realize it's a process. I'm still try to get all my fluids and proteins in. I had a hernia repair so I'm not sure if that is making it more difficult but I've yet to reach 64oz of water and 70-80g protein. If anyone has any suggestions on how to get more to go down, please let me know. Also, I'm only down 1lb since surgery. Anyhow, to everyone struggling, keep your head up. Rome wasn't built in a day. ????

Surgery was Wednesday, had to stay an extra day because I couldn't get my liquids in. Ended up having a hernia repair as well. The pain isn't horrible but trying to drink when you feel full is quite a task. Hopefully it all starts to work together soon.

Tomorrow's the day. Starting to worry I'm going to struggle with no longer having my favorite foods. Did anyone feel this way? I know I'm better off but nervous.

Surgery Wednesday..11/12. I'm on my liquid phase of pre-op and feeling weak. Is this normal? I've tried to exercise but get dizzy. I'm hoping it's just because it's the 1st day of liquid only.

Start my preop diet 11/2 and surgery 11/12. I'm getting so nervous. I'm glad to read I'm not the only one. Also sounds like overall the pain is not too bad (except gas). Can't wait for the big change.

Does anyone like the Isopure? I tried it and couldn't take more than a sip.

Everything is going so quick now. Got the date set nov 12th.

I have so many thoughts. I'm excited, and nervous.

Received my approval today.

Received the approval letter via fax. If I'm reading correctly, the letter says I will need to be reap proved if I don't have the surgery by November 12th (dr put this date on ppw). Did anyone else have problems with this? I called the scheduler this morning but dr office said she would call me when she gets a copy of her letter.

I called Aetna this morning, I've been approved! Hopefully, I get scheduled today. They said my dr office will be notified today.

Called Aetna again this morning. I'm not sure why all the different answers but they are now saying 15 business days for an answer. ????. I was really hoping to know something this week.

Called again today. Rep said today is my review date? Said may have answer tomorrow. Anxiously waiting.

I called Aetna this morning and they said it's still in process. I should know by Friday.
