  1. realy pleased it all went well & you are ok. Take it real easy though, you may have very low energy levels for a while as you are not taking much in. I was glad I had 2 weeks off work.....It does help to shift the gas pain by walking though. Take care Julie x
  2. Hi Ann, Not long to go then. sure you'll be fine & you will be losing loads more real soon. You've done well so far on the pre op diet I guess. Take care & let us know how u are as soon as poss. Try & get some sleep xx:sleep: Julie

  4. Hi, max weight is 330 lbs x
  5. Hi all, had my wii fit for 2 weeks now and have to say is brilliant......You can do step aerobics, jogging, muscle training, yoga and loads more without leaving the house which is my problem when I get home from a long day at work. It checks your weight and bmi each day and works out your fit age which was 15 years too high but its coming down nicely. Only one problem, its quite addictive which I suppose can only be good.. Julie
  6. Well hi Lisa, Thats brilliant news, well done you. How did you manage to keep the weight off and still enjoy such a great holiday. I'm still plateau'ing but seem to be losing inches and not pounds again. Having great fun with the wii fit and working out every night so somthings got to shift soon. Keep it up and keep in touch. Julie
  7. Have a great hols Lisa. Bet you will look great in your cossie. Got another fill on 10th & need some motivation as only losing 1 1b a week at moment but making bad food choices:frown: Bet you get into a 12 before xmas x Hi Helen, what a great weight loss. When were you banded? It is great to have more places to shop apart from Evans & Its also strange not to look for baggy things! I find myself looking for fitted stuff for the first time ever:w00t: Keep up the good work. Its great having people to share this stuff with x Julie
  8. WOW Lisa what a brilliant weight loss  You have whizzed past me on your ticker now, well done you x Have to see Mr Toh on 10th but had a slowwwww month but into a size 14 trousers & have my size 12 ready.Started off at size 20 so dead pleased. Hope you enjoyed Cuba.x:cool2:
  9. Hi Lisa, good to hear from you. You are doing great & we seem to be following almost the same ticker although you are over 2 weeks banding later. Well done  you must be chuffed. Sorry to hear about your last fill problem. The first fill I had with Mr Toh was realy painful but fine since but not seen a nurse! Noticed You have had a couple of big fills, I have trouble getting him to do them as he would rather not fill if I am losing even a small amount but I do have a resonable restriction but not quite there yet. How do you know you are at your sweet spot? Keep up the good work & keep in touch. Julie
  10. Hi Kitty, When did you get banded? I have a 14ml band too & am up to 8mls now with fairly good restriction but just eat the wrong things at times. Do you have any restriction? Good luck Helen with your fill. Keep up the good work. Its great when you drop down into a lower stone bracket I've just gone from 13st into 12st, a big milestone for me. Julie:regular_smile:
  11. Hi again Beki, No not in the wrong place everyone is realy supportive no matter where you post but if you want local support you can go to the local support section just further down the page and you will see the U.K group. Julie:biggrin:
  12. Hi Beki and welcome, there is a seperate forum for U.K members but you will get a good response from wherever you post. This is such a great site what an amazing weight loss so far :wink2: well done Beki How have you managed to lose so much so quickly ? Look forward to hearing from you. Julie
  13. BRILLIANT :biggrin2: Well done Helen. Keep up the good work. Julie
  14. Hi Helen, Just 3 lb off 4 stone in less than 7 months is brilliant. Well done :rose: I too struggled over xmas with all the chocs around but at least we are not putting weight on and must be excused for the odd hiccup or two. I didnt lose weight for 6 weeks and was getting realy dispondent but as it took me 25 years to put this weight on I guess its not going to dissapear overnight. I went back to the beginning and dug out all my old food records from November to see what I was eating then and gave myself a good talking too. This last fill has definately made a difference. Perhaps you need to review your food choices to get back on track. Good luck to you. Julie
  15. Hi Lisa, I find the same thing with bread. Its o.k in the afternoon but cant get it down in the morning when I seem to be tighter. Good luck for the 20th.You seem to be doing well. Saw Mr Toh yesterday for 3rd fill , he is so nice and realy helpful. Not lost weight for 6 weeks but loosing inches instead. Then got up today and lost 4 lb overnight! Good restriction now. Keep up the good work. Julie
