Started preop diet today

Went shopping yesterday loaded up my spare fridge with waters, flavored waters, premier Protein shakes, sugar free Jello..plain Greek yogurt... I'm ready!! Surgery 10/30 MX HW 250, CW 230, 5'5 How do you set your goal weight?? I have no idea what it should be!

What is your pre surgery diet? Mine starts 10days pre-op

Glenda why did u stay post op two nights in the hotel? I'm only scheduled for 1 night post op next month..

In am having my surgery in Oct in Mexico . With Dr Louisiana Vesualia ( bad spelling). I have only heard good things.. Crossing fingers. Has anyone heard of issues back in the states post Mexico where the Insurance didn't cover follow up? Like blood work or anything?

I'm in Oregon and had the same issues. I have decided to self pay and have my surgery scheduled in Mexico at the end of Oct.

I'm having my surgery next month down there. bypass. How sore were you post surgery and flying home. I didn't plan extra travel dates and I have purchased my flights. I'm flying back to OR though (2.5hr flight)
