So excited to see that everyone is getting pumped and ready for this lifetime adventure! Me and my sister are doing this together . She is already 12 days Post-op and doing well and back at work. Mine is only for the two days before my surgery .. Clear liquids only . Are we all excited !!!!???? I have not yet had my Surgery but I have a few relatives who have had the sleeve and experienced hair loss. What really helped them is Biotin and making sure they are hitting their full protein intake that they were set with. My aunt's hair is now thicker and longer than it was before surgery. Also plenty of water, but of course you knew that already (:
