I have a friend that had the sleeve and his doctor told him he could take Flintstones vitamins. My question is what do you use. I looked up the vitamins my Dr recommended and I just can't spend over $100 a month on vitamins.

I liked the gnc total lean 25. They were the most filling. Pre-made was the best.

Just got home from TJ Tuesday. Everyone was so nice. Just walk as much as possible it really does help. Don't get discouraged everyday gets better. The Wal-Mart area up the road from the Marriott is nice area to walk around. Every place we went took US dollar. Download a conversion app it will help because your change will be in pesos.

I used cittera as recommended by my coordinator. So far so good. I got a quick approval and they will finance 100% so no deposit! And they will handle getting the money to the Dr. I've been very happy thus far.
