The Dr said most people dont need omeperazole after surgery and never gave me a time frame to restart it. i am having gastritis pain now @ 6 weeks post op. Does anyone have there previous gastric issues like acid reflux hiatal hernia. Surg was in Mexico and the communication is weak.

I too am using Dr Almanza at the HMN hosp. We'll have to keep in touch, so far it looks like I am the first one this month using Dr Almanza. Best wishes to you.

I am planning to have sleeving surgery in Mexico. When i return i plan to work from home week 2 then weeks 3 & 4 I will be working in a class room envirnment with walking/talking, no heavy lifting. Does this seem acceptable? What have your experinces been in activity for weeks 2, 3 & 4?
