Well I made it through the first week. I was able to complete the full week but I want to make sure that it's a more doable situation before I move on. I am going to repeat week 1. It's quite possible that I will do all the weeks multiple times till I have more endurance though.

Susan I didn't personally attack you if I did please repost it. I said they should revisit the mods yes. Forgive me if I didn't pay attention that you have a s.l.e.e.v.e (I don't pay attention to peoples personal lives enough to know) I just dont think ANYONE that doesn't have a band should moderate a band forum. Well that's bull. We should be able /ignore them in the forums but maybe not in PM's or have another Mod contact the person. I think that it's about time they revisit their mod options and if they are suitable to be a mod with their given surgeries. That should apply to all of them not just the ones that have taken an interest to this thread.

No that's totally awesome Beth congrats. I hope to have a victory soon since I began to run again. PJTP- I /failed! plan was no alcohol, no snacking, run 3x per week, lots of water calories around 1000-1200. I did good with the snacking. I did my runs and I have another today and got lots of water. My calorie count was oddly enough too low even if I was sedentary which I wasn't. I have a fill scheduled that I will probably cancel since I am eating the proteins and such like I should I can only eat smaller amounts and I am under 1k a day. PS to tattle on myself I had 1 glass of wine last night during Hells Kitchen

I am with you KC. It became personal when not only were posts deleted but when it went off the LBT rant and into others lives. I have friends and family on FB that would PISS me off if they saw some childish crap like that. Second of all how depressing is it to have negative taglines. Shouldn't it be upbeat!?
