1.

The headquarters are in Minnesota
But I am in Oregon
 2. I am new here and not banded yet. I would either not go... but since it was a party and you did go I would just pay the price to be there and eat the standard amount that you would normally consume in a meal... If you're truely concerned with the cost and that is a major factor for you maybe you should call ahead and explain your situation? I myself would just pay the price and enjoy the ambiance with the friends and family. I am not one though to bring attention to myself or that fact that I am any different from anyone else in the place.
 3. I have seen threads where many people have mentioned having theirs done in Mexico and the US..... I live in Oregon. I do not know anyone that has had a lap band done. I am trying to find a doctor that would be able to do the surgery for around 10k. I will most likely pay out of pocket (Unless I talk BCBS into it) Could someone link me to the forums that give the reasons why some have travelled and others have it done locally?
 4. I am going to answer myself! I have Bluelink. The reason I had no clue is because my work recently switched too it. I don't see any threads about it currently. However, I have the cash for the surgery but would much rather have insurance pay for it. Has anyone had any luck with Bluelink BCBS? If so how did you go about getting it preapproved. I want to move on this asap.
 5. I am not sure which BCBS I have other than a PPO... How can I tell? I have it through my work. I know it's not the federal.:help:
 6. Thank you so much for your response! I was thinking of having the reversal surgery in the next 24 months so that would be great!
 7. I am sorry to ask so many questions.... I have looked all over and cannot find the answer. My husband and I were considering a tubal reversal. However, I have been planning on having the lapband surgery as well. Does anyone know if pregnancy is ok while you have the lapband or will I need to have the reversal first?
 8. I have been reading the forums on and off for a while and finally decided to register. I am sure that if my insurance wouldn't pay for the surgery I would be able to finance it if needed. However, I am trying to find out how many have had to have skin removed after they lost the weight or will it tighten up?
