I've never been able to wear heels. They've always caused me so much pain and I'm terrified of rolling my ankles. That crap hurts, man.
Was anyone better off wearing heals after weight loss? I weigh 343 pounds and am 5'11".

Sorry so many people who have replied have been pretty blunt. However, they were accurate.
Don't be afraid to come back with more frustrations! There are a lot of people here who are encouraging.
You would probably benefit from physical therapy to strengthen and stretch your hips. Ice for inflammation. You could see an orthopedic doctor to have X-rays and an evaluation.
(I work for an orthopedic surgeon)
Shooting sports here, too. Trap, skeet, sporting clays. Target shooting.
Also, training and working my german shepherd.
Oh and I play a lot of video games. PS4. Getting a PC in the next year or so.
I have no intentions of telling anyone but my family. I don't want to tell anyone at work or any friends at all. I don't want to be looked down on.
Once you tell someone about it, you can't go back.
