  1. I've never been able to wear heels. They've always caused me so much pain and I'm terrified of rolling my ankles. That crap hurts, man. Was anyone better off wearing heals after weight loss? I weigh 343 pounds and am 5'11".
  2. I just want to offer my support to the original poster. Sorry so many people who have replied have been pretty blunt. However, they were accurate. Don't be afraid to come back with more frustrations! There are a lot of people here who are encouraging.
  3. You would probably benefit from physical therapy to strengthen and stretch your hips. Ice for inflammation. You could see an orthopedic doctor to have X-rays and an evaluation. (I work for an orthopedic surgeon)
  4. Mention it that day. Doctors know to expect this kind of thing. I work for a surgeon. Just be honest and let the doc know why you are there.
  5. We are currently in the middle of the X-Files series on Netflix! Gotta love those graphics!
  6. Shooting sports here, too. Trap, skeet, sporting clays. Target shooting. Also, training and working my german shepherd. Oh and I play a lot of video games. PS4. Getting a PC in the next year or so.
  7. I have no intentions of telling anyone but my family. I don't want to tell anyone at work or any friends at all. I don't want to be looked down on. Once you tell someone about it, you can't go back.
