    I love how easy My Fitness Pal is to use. I've noticed a couple of people have linked/uploaded it to this site. I haven't figured out how but hope to after my surgery. Congratulations on your surgery.

    I'm new to this site. I just found it tonight. I have my final cardiac clearance tomorrow to determine whether or not I have surgery on Thursday! I am so nervous about both things. Is anyone else crying a lot easier? I feel like it's the first time in my life that I have had enough water in my body and my eyes don't know what to do but cry.
