  1. Hi! I researched in FL and VA (I have family in FL and visit there a lot, but live in NOVA right now), then researched some of the doctors in Mexico. I was self-pay also. I chose Ready4AChange in Monterrey not just because of the price (WAY cheaper!) but because of the experience the dr had. I had excellent care in a super hospital and the hotel was nice with wonderful people. You just need to read up on all the drs qualifications before you decide. There are a couple of good drs at hospitals in Pensacola and Orlando. Good luck. Laura
