The police here are absolutely useless. I'm going to install a security system in the new year. Sad, as I thought this was a great neighborhood.

I can't really take on that attitude, that they must have really needed to kick the sh** out of my snowflakes and handmade candycane lawn stakes that my daughter painted. They must have really needed to let off some steam by violating rudolph and santa in the worst way..............

Oh wow Secretstolen, I am so very sorry that happened to you. You are justified in being incredibly angry and hurt. However, I would highly recommend you NOT post pictures of him on the internet. It could get back to you and you never know if he would charge you with harassment and defamation of character. Again, I'm very sorry this happened to you. Please know it isn't a reflection of you as a person. He's a loser, a pathetic loser.

Here's another one: Dear sweet five year old daughter: Thank you for spending time with me making cards and painting hand-made christmas ornaments for your friends. You did a great job of helping me put candies in the treat bags that you gave to your friends at kindergarten. The way you spent hours painting them gave me great happiness and also gave me lots of pictures to scrapbook later on. To the parents at the school: I can't understand how 99% of you never took the time to thank us for our generosity to your children. To the parents of our neighbors who live two doors away and whose daughter was bffs with my daughter until she started picking on her: Thank you for NOT thanking us for the treat bags. It is even more appreciated when I asked your seven-year old if she got hers and she replied "uh-huh". The values you fail to instill in your children - politeness, consideration for others, and many others, baffles me. Next year when Valentine's Day, and easter comes, I will remember to NOT give you any treats, you rude inconsiderate impolite (morons) people. I will also make a point to ignore your three year old, who you refuse to properly supervise, when he runs throughout the neighborhood and almost gets hit by a car, as it has happened many, many times before, and you still refuse to install a lock on your doors to prevent him from getting outside in the first place. Also, to their mother, thank you for spending all of your time in the house cleaning, rather than outside supervising your children. The many times that they have almost (or hit) my husband's car, or dug up my front yard, or ganged with the local mentally-challenged foster teenager to pick on my five year old daughter is GREATLY APPRECIATED.

This is a sign I made: $100 REWARD For the names and addresses of the people who went on an idiotic rampage and DESTROYED our outdoor Christmas decorations on Sunday December 16th (sometime after 1 a.m.). This was in the area of 100B Av in the southern section (south of 102 Av) of Country Lane. They also destroyed decorations on 101 Av near 243B St, and pushed down several mailboxes. Dear a-holes who destroyed our christmas decorations last night, I hope you rot in hell. You are all pathetic wastes of carbon. You not only destroyed store-bought decorations, but also the cute wooden painted candy cane that my three year old painstakenly (sp?) painted. If I find you I will string you all up by the testicles and put a sign up for all of the neighbors to see, "WE DESTROY PUBLIC PROPERTY", and everybody can go and chuck rotten pieces of fish at them. I will also place a TV in front of your faces so you are forced to watch hours and hours of Judge Judy in high def HDTV......oh yeah, I will stick toothpicks under your eyelids so you won't be able to close them. Just when you think I'm finished, I will then take those tiny pathetic testicles of yours and feed them to you, but before that I will install a lap-band on your stomach, so that when you go to eat your own testicles you will be forced to suffer hours and hours with PB's..... Yah, I know this is EXTREMELY strong worded and a bit morbid, but I am really really pissed off.

Last night some a-holes trashed my outside decorations. I have two small daughters (three and five) and I put some inflatables outside, snowflakes, presents, and a few other things. dh came home this morning to find them strewn throughout the neighborhood. I was 'fine' with it in the morning, but here I am at 5 am, unable to sleep, thinking I should be up all night to 'watch' the house so we don't get hit again. I guess I feel violated and unsafe now. I told my daughters that it was windy outside last night, so we had to put the decorations in the garage so they wouldn't get blown away. ;) Any suggestions on how to deal with the culprits if/when we find them? The worse the better, makes me feel better about this all....

Just a quick thought... are you having bm's? (are you plugged up?) Water retention due to sodium intake? Are you drinking enough water? Sorry you are going through this .... ((hugs)) I definitely think it is only temporary though, you can't keep gaining on such little calories.

This is not a very positive post, so I apologise in advance. I feel like I am drowning in fat. I am 11 days from surgery day and I wish it was tomorrow. I think I have a grip on eating in the morning, then I blow it later on in the day. My whole body is so bloated. I am 33 and feel like I am 80. I was all proud of myself, got myself down to 271 lbs from 285 in November. Then I had to switch antidepressant medication, and I ended up gaining it all back because it made me soooo incredibly hungry. I stopped taking those meds before I ballooned even more! Now, I am back at square one, feel completely helpless, starting over again. Everything hurts, everything is bloated, it hurts to walk.......I just don't have it in me anymore to keep yo-yoing like this.

Wow Sheila, that's sure a double-whammy! Gallbladder too? :tired I had mine out three years ago and the pain was pretty bad. I can't imagine recovering from both at the same time, you're really roughing it!!!
