    Hi. I am a rookie at this... tomorrow is my first fill and I am curious to know if I should refrain from any specific foods before the fill-- should I just have Clear liquids, or are normal foods okay? Thanks so much!!

    You can get a special shampoo/treatment at a mall-salon. It is called Nioxcin and it is specific for cancer and weight loss patients. It is not cheap (around 40 dollars) but our hair is important! I am new to banding- only about 5 weeks out from surgery-- but my mom had GBS 6 years ago and she used the shampoo-- it worked wonders for her! Good Luck!
