  3. I had my sleeve August 18th 2014. I have not drank any alcohol since August the 9th over 4 months. I am wanting to drink but I am afraid for a few reasons. I am afraid I will gain weight, afraid I will get sick or dehydrated, but the weight gain is my biggest worry I have come to far to fail now. Any sleevers that drink ???

  14. 21 pounds in two weeks ??? Holy smokes I'm almost at three and only got like 12 gone.
  15. Well today is two weeks post I have lost 11 pounds since surgery. Have to say it's been hard, first week was hell second was better but I'm still really weak and having bowel problems alternating between constipation and the other. Still can't get much down 600-700 calories per day most of that from protein shakes. Just tried runny oatmeal keeps coming up in my throat. Oh my. This is not the easy way out !!!!

  17. Feeling a bit better today. Been having loose bowel movements though. I'm not losing weight either and am taking in 400-600 calories per day. Oh my still having a hard time finding the positives in this but maybe one day it will all come together. I have found though I feel best after going for a walk. Sitting around does not help at all
