  2. I have a strong aversion to the taste of sugar substitutes (aspartame, sucralose, Stevia) so I have been using Spiru-Tein in vanilla, choc, tropical fruit, and strawberry/banana. I think they mix easily and taste great. I have also been using the Think Thin and Quest bars and have found both to be very good. I am new to this and meeting with surgeon in September for surgery in Oct or early Nov. I am trying to make as many changes as early as possible so my body is not in shock.
