  1. No I didn't have an hernia issues but maybe these are still spasms. It's just every sip hurts.
  2. He's much better now. Ended up being early stages of pneumonia. Antibiotics cleared it right up. Thank you for following up with me!!
  3. I'm Day7 Post op--- every single sip I take there's a pain in my sternum or back. It feels like I still have gas in me from the surgery. Is this possible. I've been walking and taking so much GasX over this past week I don't know why there would still Be any gas in me. Does anyone else get this pain. If so how long did it last. It's very hard to stay hydrated when it hurts to drink anything.. Water, G2, unsweet tea etc. Help please

  6. How do you know when your full... I'm only taking a sip or two cause I'm terrified I'm gonna throw up.
  7. Am 2 days post op and I have a tickle in the back of my throat that I can not kill!!! It's very irritating and is causing me to cough a lot. I'm afraid I'm gonna tear something. Did anyone else experience this? If so what did you do to stop it?
  8. I appreciate the input. Just want to make sure I'm not over eating on carbs and fats.
  9. Can someone recommend a good % on daily nutrition goals for protein, carbs and fats?? I have no idea where I should be each day. I'm having gastric sleeve surgery this Friday. Trying to setup myfitnesspal accordingly. thank you!
