    I was also sleeved 4 days ago but before on my pre op I was drinking Premier Protein drinks. You can find them at Sams and Costco. Very good already made. Stick them in the fridge and they are ready when you need them. They come in Chocolate, Vanilla and Strawberry. All of them taste great in my opinion. Good luck
