  1. That is a very good question... I have been had some problems eating. Nothing seems to be satisfying. By the time I enjoy what I'm eating it is time to stop. It has to be stress. I am going to call my dietician tomorrow.
  2. I am 7 Weeks post op. I am under a lot of stress in every aspect of my life. I fine myself craving, I am hungry, and my stomach is rumbling. I am starting to snack. I am eating until I am full not just satisfied. What should I do?
  3. What stretches the sleeve? Eating to fast or eating to much?
  4. According to my plan I start puréed at week two. It sounds like you all agree that I am eating the wrong things and these feelings are not normal after surgery. I will get an calendar and make a list of thing I can't eat on what date. Do this make since?

  6. My tummy feels yucky after each meal. Do that mean I am eating the wrong things or am I eating to much or am I now a vegetarian? I have no idea. Can you help me out? I am three weeks out.
  7. How is your process going I hit a stall after the first week. My tummy feel yucky after each meal. Do that mean I am eating the wrong things or am I eating to much or am I now a vegetarian? I have no idea. Can you help me out? I am three weeks out.
  8. Day two of pureed foods and I started to become sick about eating. What do I do what do and how do I make it easier at meal time? I can barley get down an ounce of food. Help?
  9. I pureed 2oz of roast beef with beef bullion. It was not good at all. I ate it any way I became nauseated. I was dreading dinner but it came anyway. I had grilled chicken in low sodium chicken bullion. The first bit and there was no way that was going down. I put that down the disposal. It then accrued to me why mix it with anything other than Water. I then did that that. It was good but I ate to fast and it took 2hrs to pass. I found this app called Eat Slower and tried that with sugar-free Jello and I was able to eat. I can't wait to try the app tomorrow. One minute and thirty seconds between each bit. My phone vibrates when it is time for me to take another bit. I will use it until I master eating. Love It!!! Any other ideas out there I can try?
  10. But is it normal to have such pain a week later?
  11. I will have to call tomorrow.
  12. I had my convention surgery on Monday 12/29/14 from band to sleeve. I came out of surgery in serious pain and breathing difficulties. I don't remember any of it. Well I started my monthly the next day. I have been in a lot of pain. I ran out of pain medication and now I am trying Tylenol. Has anyone else experienced this kind of pain?
  13. So is measurement of or food what we will need to do for the rest of our lives?
  14. Am a person that always eat until I am full. I have always had the challenge of trying to only eat until I am satisfied. What is that??? Am I suppose to be hungry two hours later after I am satisfied? I also don't get the eating for fuel thing neither. I am a definite addict of food and sure I am starting formal counseling, but I am tired of asking people this they look down at me like I am of less than average intelligence. I really want to know the answer. A life long habit of eating until I am full or just because it is there. After the Lap-Band I thought it would give me an indication of when to stop eating. Boy did it ever. After throwing up my food after I ate 1ounce of meat. I felt like how can I now be satisfied with that meal. My mind told me I was starving so I started to eat all the wrong things. Seven years later the band was removed and I am now waiting to be approved for the sleeve. A now Sleever said as a formal bander, I have to learn to stop eating. This is what brings me to that word satisfied??? Can anyone help me here.
  15. I am now 4 weeks out from, the band removal and I am Hungary... I am waiting to be scheduled for the sleeve. I will have the sleeve in two months. I have to loss 10lbs and I am losing steam. I know it is a tool but I am ready to see results.
  16. What are you doing to lose weight and how much do you have to loss. This is my worst fear but I do workout on a regular bases an I eat a lot of things that are good for me. I had my band out two weeks ago and I have lost 2lbs. If I can lose a pound a week before surgery for the sleeve, I will be good.
  17. I am sorry for the miscommunication. I will have the surgery in 3 months and I am worried about one gaining wait during that time and two not being able to lose 25 pounds for my surgery. I was thinking of using the phentermine pills during the 3 month will I wait for the sleeve surgery. http://www.phentermine.com I think it is the best way to go. I would stop using them once I start my pro-liquid diet... As someone stated before, I am not looking forward to a third surgery with all the scares. I guess I can look into something to put on them?
  18. Now that I have the Lap band off my apatite has returned full force. I don't want to gain additional before I get the sleeve. I was watching Dr. Phil and there was a young lady who had taken Phentermine Pills and lost 80 pounds. She started to gain due to not taking the pills. The Doctors stated she was using the the pills recklessly due to she was using them for more than 9 months where it is recommended to be used for only 3 months. http://www.phentermine.com/phentermine-user-pictures/user/52223/album/345/picture/6101 What do you guys think. I have three weeks before my sleeve surgery and I need to loss 25 pounds. I kind of have my mind made up but I want some feedback.
  19. Had my band put in September 2008. I Lost some weight like 35 pounds, but I gained it all back. The band slipped and I had it removed Aug. 31, 2014. I am told I have to wait 3 months and loss 25 pounds before the next surgery. I hear so much good things about the sleeve that it kinda sound to good to be true. What are your regrets of the band.
