  1. Yipes, I got cocky and started thinking I could snack here and there and suddenly...Clearly I am not one of the ones who can eat a little of whatever and still lose. My weight loss has been very stop and start so far. Down 37 pounds since July 8th so that's great but I better get myself on track or I will fail before I've even really started.

  3. Hi everyone. I had my sleeve on July 8th. I'm feeling good, just tired out easily. I am on full liquids for another week and then I get to do pureed-yipee! I stepped on the scale today and I am 15 pouns down, including the 5 I lost during my pre-op diet. This feels fantastic!
