  1. I would like to thank you for your information. I lost my band exactly one month ago due to a swollen esaphagus. I was told that after the swelling has gone down, I will be able to get the band back, but I don't want to get it back. I am struggling to keep the weight off. I've lost a total of 100lbs and regain 19lbs. I needed some help in adjusting to life without the band.
  2. Free weights about 10lbs or so arm curls will work. Some areas takes longer, so don't get discouraged, just keep working at it.
  3. Hi people, I was banded 9/26/06. I had two fills and two unfills because the band was too tight. I am now experiencing really bad acid reflux everytime I eat. i am having problems when I lie down, I feel like I am choking, I have to get up during the night to spit. The most frightening thing is that I have gained 17lbs in two months. I am still doing my exercise, going to the Gym for 2hrs three times a week and walking everyday for 1 and a half hrs. I don't understand why I am gaining weight. I know I am not eating enough to gain weight. If someone could explain to me what you thank the problem is I would really appreciate that!!!!!
  4. I had surgery 10/26/06 after 3 fill on month ago I have really bad acid reflux with everything I eat. It sounds like my throat is talking to me, I am not able to eat much, I feel like I am not eating or drinking enough. Any suggestions?
