    My 75-page fax from the surgeon's office was sent to Cigna on 10/17/07, then after bugging them I got this message - The pre-determination was sent to our medical director for review on 11/13/2007. It normally takes 10-15 business days to receive this back from the date it was sent for review, not the date it was received or processed. The 15 business days start when in the hands of the medical director. Still haven't gotten the decision. Joanna in NC
