I never thought it could possible for me to lose 17 pounds in 9 days!!! Is that too fast?

I have every emotion, that I could possibly feel. I been waiting on the day for so long. I have learned a lot on this journey! I ready to take control of my life. This is really hard! As I sit here and cry, I wonder why I let my self get like this and I have to go through extreme measures to get better. For anyone who says WLS is the easy way out, they kiss my ass!????

My time is getting closer, but it still feels so far away. I have been working on surgery since March and finally I have a date. October 2nd. I have an awesome support team that is ready to help me. I have to start preparing myself. I m excited and scared at the same time!

Everything was submitted on July 15 and I'm still waiting. If only the insurance company knew what they where doing to me.... I'm 39, my bmi is 61, high blood pressure,etc.

My first time I have written. I have been reading and I am waiting on insurance approval. I have done everything that is asked of me. Just doing a lot of seating and waiting. I have different emotions about the surgery! But I am so ready!
