I'm thrilled to be on the journey with you wonderful ladies and glad we all have each other for support! )))))

I'm July 22nd as well!! In 2 weeks my life will be changed forever. To anyone that has already has this surgery.....info or advice on what to pack!?? I'm supposed to stay one night after surgery and want to be as comfy as possible. Do we Bring our own pjs? What about the drive home...stretchy shorts I'm assuming!!? Sooooooooo ready!!

No liquid diet??? I wish! I'm actually more nervous about that part than anything. I'm hoping to not be too "hangry" during the fast lol I'm so excited for you!! Please respond in this thread and let me know how you are feeling after surgery! I will be praying for you girl!! Do you mind me asking your starting weight? Mine is 267. I'm hoping to be to 150 in one year! ))

Hi all! I am new here. I found this app as I was looking for apps that would joe with support after my gastric sleeve procedure. I am having sleeve surgery done at 130 on July 22nd. I am SO excited, but nervous I'm really nervous about the week long liquid fast. Any tips or ideas to get through that easier would be so appreciated! I look forward to getting to know everyone!
