I'm a 41 y/o divorced female living in the beautiful city of San Diego, CA. I have a 20 y/o son who is currently in bootcamp for the US Navy and I couldn't be more proud of him. I work f/t for a heavy truck repair facility, this is the longest job I've ever held (8 years). I love the beach, talking walks, conversations w/ the elders in my family as well as the children and a really good movie. Looking for a person to workout with as I just recently joined the YMCA!! Today is day one, back to the grind...

I'm doing well, I'm ready to get back eating real food in obviously smaller portions. And I start back on my exercise regimen.

Hi All--- I was sleeved on 6/27/14, overall it's been a great experience. The hardest thing I'm dealing with is comparing myself to others. I'm almost 8 weeks post op and have lost 35 lbs. Others I know that had the surgery after me are further along in their weight loss. So I'm looking for a little inspiration and other people who feel great but the number on the scale doesn't show it as much?? Feeling frustrated :/

Newbie here! I had the sleeve completed on 6/27. Still feeling a little pull near 1 of my incision sites. And I feel like I'm swallowing too much air. Not too mention I'm bored to tears w/ this liquid diet. Can't wait for new texture.
