I got home yesterday. But im still uncomfortable.. I just want the pain to go away..... Honestly when i woke up from surgery i regretted my decesion. The pain was horrible... But i kno things will get better

I Am really stressing out about the whole coffee thing during my preop diet. I have to be up at 3am to be at work at 5 am i have had a coffee everyday for who knows how long and i just cant imagine giving it up like that. I understand after surgery i wont be able to have it until 3 months. But i was wondering if i would be ok to have a sugarfree vanilla iced coffee only 90 calories with 9g of carbs, during my pre op diet!? Please has someone else felt this way......

Do u have to loose weight before u get the surgery?

Het guys were u guys able to drink a little coffee on ur preop diet? And also wat type of protein shakes did u guys drink? Did u guys blend anything with them? Like peanut butter or fruit?

Ohh man well i guess everyone is different.. Good thing i have two breaks and lunch and im able to walk around the building if i have gas pain! Im sooo nervous i have no idea wat to expect ????

Hi guys just wondering, how long did it take u guys to go Back to work after surgery? I have my surgery on 08/25/2014 that falls on a monday. Will be in TJ MEXICO until that friday and was thinking of going back to work the following week monday is that too soon? I sit on my butt all day btw
