Hey does anyone know how long for United Health Care ins approval?

Thank you! I do hope I get s date in Dec.

My last appt is 11/24 for my required 6 mo for my primary care for weight loss maintenance! How long do I have to wait if my doctor sends everything to my surgeon that day? I hope I get my surgery in Dec.

What ins co do you have? I have United Health care! They are telling me that they require it!
