Hi, just got home from the hospital, had my sleeve on Weds 10/8.Think the worse of it was the gas pains, the incisions arent too bad. Taking fluids, shakes and water, Tomorrow I can start eating mushy stuff. So glad that all of that is done. Nwsuz

My story
Hi Annisa, I can relate to much of your story, I am a retired nurse with the same see-saw version of my weight, I am 69 and finally have made the decision to have the sleeve done. Today I am having my stress test to be cleared for surgery which is scheduled for 10/8. Good luck on your journey, I can only say that this chat group has helped my understanding both before and after the surgery. Suzanne

Sh*t Just Got Real :-)
Hi, understand exactly what you are feeling, I am scheduled for 10/8. I purchased the chocolate spendor from Unjury and have been using it preop to help lose some weight.I used some frozen fruit and skim milk and it is very tasty in my Ninga. I am impressed with your weight loss. Have the same questions you have, so I will follow this, Newsuz

How life changed 1 year out
Thank you for sharing this, I am scheduled for a sleeve on 10/8 and fall asleep each night thinking about being able to shop in regular sized clothing. I am 5 feet and started at 206. I am on the pre-op diet now and walking each day, so as I count the days, I want to be as ready as I can be for the surgery. Newsuz

Got the Approval... God is good.. Let the journey begin
Hi, my name is Suzanne and I am going through the process to get approved for the sleeve, down in south Florida. Been for psych eval, medical approval and the nutritional counseling. Have the appointment with the surgeon at the end of the month and hopefully the insurance will cover the procedure. I just saw your post for Unjury and signed up to register. It looks like a great way to get your protein. Thanks
