  1. Does anyone know why we can't have coffee or caffeine?
  2. I'm leaving on vacation this week and I know there will be alot of stop and go eating for the family. Does anyone have advice on good food selections? I'm almost 4 weeks post op and scared to eat out.
  3. Since I've started on soft foods (2 days) I haven't been drinking as much fluids as I was.
  4. I'm 2 weeks post-op and having muscle cramps in my hands, legs and feet. Is this normal?

    My surgery was on June 25 and I'm 11 lbs down. Is it normal to feel hungry? I thought that hormone was in part of the stomach that was removed??
