  1. I'm April 20! I officially start pre op diet Monday, but I'm starting tomorrow.
  2. I was approved in 2 business days. But they say it can take up to 2 weeks. Have you heard anything?
  3. Girl you are rocking that sleeve! Very inspiring...
  4. @ Kindle thank you for sharing your knowledge! That's a lot of food for thought :-). We don't have pets because of allergies. But, I spend a lot of money on organic food. You have really opened my eyes. I guess it's not that simple, I need to do more research.
  5. Uh no. This is after 7 months. The ones in my gallery show the photos from 2 months ago, but the ones in my post are my pre-op photos and the ones I took yesterday, which was exactly 7 months after the pre-op photos and about 6.5 months post-op. There's a 54 pound difference between the before and after photos in my post. In my gallery there is a set of photos from 2 months ago that show only a 12 pound difference between then and now.Girl are still very inspiring! Fantastic results :-)I can't wait to get my tummy tuck & boobs done too!

  7. I'm still pre op & I try to follow the Paleo diet. It doesn't help me lose weight ,in fact last year I gained weight while strictly following the diet for 6 months. That was my final straw, then I started looking into WLS. On my 6 month pre op diet I followed Paleo diet & counted my calories. Only then was I able to lose a small amount, 15 lbs. I feel much better following the diet. Also, my hashi is better, my antibody count goes down. So I plan to continue diet po op. I still struggle with dairy. I'm not sure if that answered your question.
  8. You look fantastic! I can't believe that after only 2 months. Very inspiring!

  17. Congrats on all your success! I don't hear much talk about the emotional changes, mostly it's the physical changes people mention. Thank you for sharing your journey. You gave me a lot to think about.
