  1. Wow, everyone is doing great. I was banded 8/06 and have lost 52 lbs. and want to lose about 25 more. It will come off slowly but surely. For the first time in my life I lost 6 lbs durring the xmas holidays.:clap2: For me I had a lot of problems with food being stuck and pb'ing and still do. My menu is still very limited but I get full quick. I have not gotten any fills since surgery, my body can't handle it, so I have 1.3cc in 4cc band, but this works for me, which is ok. I rarely exercise outside of working my physical job, I work in home health care and OT, that's about enough for me. It amazes me how you all are going to gym and actually liking it. Prior to surgery - did anybody ever work out, what give you the motivation now??? Do tell, please.
