  1. I've heard of two drinks heavy in protein. Isopure which is sold my vitamin shoppe and protein ice sold at GNC. Haven't tried protein ice but isopure is ok.
  2. Hang in there you can do it! If you have to drink water till you feel too full to eat.
  3. I'm seeing some horror stories on here that are giving me some scares. Not enough to back out but definitely giving me some trouble sleeping. This surgery is a life changer and impacts a lot of my life, including me career.
  4. Is that with any kind of exercise yet?
  5. I'm sure you will do great! Try tactical breathing to calm your nerves. Breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for four seconds, and out for four seconds. Helps calm the nerves.
  6. Body Fortress whey protein strawberry flavored with silk vanilla soy milk works good for me.
  7. I was told the first two days are the worst. Does your protein taste bad to you? I enjoy my shakes.
  8. I was told liquids two weeks prior and no caffeine
  9. Got my surgery date on January 12! Very excited! Starting my liquid diet on December 29. Anyone else takin the plunge on that day?
