My surgery should be August or September have to wait the six months for my insurance to approve. I just have the cardiac clearance to do yet and I am calling the doctor tomorrow to schedule that. Trying to prepare by exercising and drinking protein drinks. I was 292 when this all started in March and I am 5' 9" currently my weight is 264. If anyone is around my surgery date I would love to go through this with someone else. Also my husband bought me a jawbone UP if anyone has one and would like to link them up,for motivation I would love that too.

I too have to wait due to insurance. My surgery should be in August. Haven't gotten a specific date. I have been preparing myself by drinking two,protein shakes a day and walking a ton. I cannot wait for my surgery. I wish I could have it tomorrow. A little worried about being able to get all the protein and water in after my surgery it is hard for me to get 64 ounces of water in now and I haven't even had the surgery yet.
