  5. I was given a minute timer to use when I eat. As soon as I swallow, I flip the timer over. It has really helped!!
  6. I had a fill on Wednesday and I feel like I could graze all day. I'm frustrated. I know not to expect anything 'great' with the first fill but seriously?????? I'm also afraid that I'm gonna screw up my band. (You know, the picture with the stomach on top if the band because you are eating too much.) My stomach growls constantly. I just want to feel full!!!!
  7. My surgery was on June 17th. I am feeling great! My first fill is on July 9th and I am ready for it!!
