I am 4 weeks out today, for my first soft food i had tuna with a little mayo it was wonderful. LOL

I had my surgery on May 28th in Richmond CA, i am doing great.

I did not tell except for my immediate family before the surgery but after the surgery I was very open about it. Every one in my family had an opinion so i decided that i did not wanted to hear it and that is why i kept quiet at the beginning. Everyone has been very supportive.

I am 4 weeks out tomorrow,. I am down 45lbs, 27 before the surgery and 18 after. This is the best decision i have ever made, i was a little nervous the last week before the surgery that is normal. Hang in there and good luck. -
