I actually came on here to see if this was normal! My sex drive has been thru the roof and I'm 7 weeks out. It's been crazy in the last week or so.

I just got the London fog latte (they had no idea what I was talking about) and it's pretty good. I'm only 1 wk post op and not having any issues.

I was told atleast a year out but an occasional glass of wine for social occasions would be ok. Remember that your tolerance is going to be VERY low so like. 1/4 glass of wine will affect you a lot more.

Your measurements are the same as mine- exactly! Congrats on your loss! I was always wondering roughly what to look forward to but I haven't seen anyone so far with the similar height and weight. My surgery is 12/15 and I cannot wait to get it done and get my life back

I feel the same as most of you. My surgery is scheduled for 12/15.I'm looking forward to not having to shop in the plus size section anymore. I'm currently 5'4.5 and 280 (I've never shared that before ????) and I'm between 20/22 bottom and 18 top. Very curvy! I can't wait to be able to climb stairs without getting winded or the being able to buckle my seatbelt without having to move my butt over! Single digits would be glorious but we'll see what happens. My surgery date is 12/15. I have to do a 2 week pre-op diet- it's 2 protein shakes a day and one meal. I meet with my surgeon tomorrow for the last pre-op visit and the nutritionist in 2 weeks. Good luck to you! It'll be nice to have someone to go thru this with!

I'm a newbie! I have my first appt/consultation tomorrow and CANNOT wait. I already verified with my insurance to see if there will be anything extra that I would have to do after my appt before I can schedule and they said no- it's up to my pcp's office to approve it. So hopefully I can post good news tomorrow!

I am scheduled for my first consultation for the sleeve. Nothing is set in stone and I'm pretty sure this is what I want to do. One question I have is for any of you who have had it done- have you noticed an increase in your libido since surgery- when you felt up to it? I have noticed that the heavier I have gotten, the less desire I have and I'm wondering if that is something that will change after.
