I too have BCBS Federal, I only need 3 months doctor visits...was the 6 months listed in your benefits book?

I'm doing my 3 months do doc supervised weigh ins right now, one month left. I've done my nutrition consult and my psych eval. How did you show you did 2 yrs old failed diets?

I too have BCBS Federal and am currently getting my 3 month of doctor suprvised visits before submitting my paperwork to the insurance. How long after the paperwork was submitted did you get the approval? Did you have to show 1 yr of failed weight loss attempts? If so, how did you show that? thanks!
