  3. Hi, I have bcbs NC and I had to do the 6 month weight documentation prior to my surgery,but I found out that July 1st they changed the policy and there is no more 6 month wait. I'm not sure if it is for all plans but I am pretty sure it is
  4. I had to wait 6 months before my surgery and I actually gained 10 pounds in those six months, I felt like I needed to eat all the bad foods because after surgery I wouldn't be able to. Had the sleeve done April 17th and I have lost 70 pounds since my surgery date! I was worried I would Stoll want all the bad foods still but its actually the opposite. Good luck!

  6. Everything has been great so far! My recovery was much easier than I expected. As soon as I left the hospital I was feeling good and I had no pain.

  9. hi everyone, I'm so glad I saw this group! I live in wake county and had my surgery 8 weeks ago in Cary. I am down 55lbs since surgery and feel great!
  10. I had my sleeve done almost 2 months ago by Dr. Bruce at Bariatric Specialist s of Nn..He was great!!
