  1. I am in the same boat. I have only lost 50 lbs since October 21 is when I had the surgery. I am at a stand still and its killing me mentally. My daughter had the same surgery April 24 and she has surpassed me by at least 20 lbs. I am not gaining weight but I'm not losing. I am thinking about going to the basics too and I started walking and going to the gym last week. I started using my fitness pal too. I love that thing. Real I opener. This week I have cut back tremendously on my sugar. Next week carbs, then the week after that, fried foods. Baby steps right? Time to put in work now. Good luck everyone. This is truly a journey.
