    Well its been a long time coming but after a year of deliberation and tests and phsyc evaluations I had my VSG performed on the 20th of May, I started the Optifast liquid diet 2 weeks prior to reduce the liver and to start the weight loss journey, I have a relatively active job and I managed to lose 22lbs prior to surgery with the help of a few days at the gym. Since the surgery just shy of 3 weeks I have lost a further 24lbs with my goal weight only another 70lbs away
