  1. Thank you so much for the feedback. I will definitely try the dish option and the to go box when eating out. I had also thought of just ordering from the appetizer menu--as long as there is something I can est.
  2. I was sleeved on July 2 and am down 12 lbs. I am missing chicken and vegetables. My worries are once I am on real food, will I be abled to control portion size. The other issue is, I was raised by the maxim to eat everything on your plate. How can I change that behavior (especially when eating out)? Any suggestions?
  3. Has anyone had any experience with Dr. Atkinson and his staff? Ms. Pandora
  4. Hello Sixties, I am new to this forum. At this point I am waiting for insurance approval (for the second time). This is in response to the woman who has trouble walking. I am in the same boat--knees, hips, and back are in rough shape. For exercise, I have found Water walking and water aerobics are PAIN FREE!! This has helped me become more active. Fortunately, I live in an area with a rec. dept. that has many pools and offers many chances for water classes as well as time to do your own thing. Good luck with your exercise. Ms. Pandora
