  1. They told me the blood was normal it happen after I tried to drink a couple of sips of water for my regular meds. I took my prilosec this morning and that seems to help a lot. My drain and iv have been removed and moving much better today. Just seem to not tolerate water well yet. I am sucking on ice chips just feeling real bloated!! Hope they goes away soon! Thanks for all your advice
  2. Yay feeling so much better. Got a shower and some ice chips. Will do some walking around later. I took my prilosec and that helped with nausea.
  3. I was sleeved yesterday around 3:00 pm. I have been in severe pain since. Very time I try to get up, I am nausea as hell, than I start getting gag like symptoms and threw up blood once! So I have not been able to walk, just to bathroom and back. As anyone else had similar problems?
  4. Well got sleeved around 300 and wasn't very happy when I woke up. a lot of pain, the gas pains are no joke! I am still on pain meds and havin been able to walk much do to the nausea. I sure hope tomorrow is better!
  5. Yay so glad some of the sleevers are feeling good and done!! This gives me great inspiration for tomorrow! Keep the advice coming! So excited!

  7. Me too! My insurance wouldn't even consider! I was going to do in the states but got a PM on FB from a friend stating she and some of her church members went to Mexico and are all doing great and half the price! I am going in two days all by myself. I have to admit being away from my kids will be the hardest part and praying that I make it back safely!!
  8. Thanks lylabelle. That is awesome. I am so excited to have a support group! This pre diet is hard although I do get food but only tuna, eggs, turkey, protein shakes, etc. I feel bad cause I have cheated a couple of times. It is hard when it is memorial day weekend and everyone is partying!
  9. I will be flying into El Paso on Wednesday morning than they will take me across to Juarez, mexico. Going to Star Medica with Dr Rodriguez and Dr Elmo.
  10. Hello I am Bridget. I will be having the gastric sleeve on may 28 in mexico with Dr rod with belite weight. I am super excited. I weigh 261 and target weight is 150. My BMI is 42. Just ready to get my health and life back. No insurance. Self pay.
