  1. I'm 2.5 years post surgery maintaining a 75 lb loss. I have 20 more to go but was having terrible reflux. After the esophogram showed the band in the right place but very little of the barium was trickling through, he totally emptied the band. I still can eat very little solid food and have reflux. What comes next?
  2. Thank you for your down to earth advice. I survived this phase without gaining weight and just had my first fill.
  3. I'll try but I need some good strategy to remember to stop at the first sign of satiety.
  4. I was doing very well until I noticed that I can swallow larger types of food. I wanted to see exactly what would go down and almost everything prior to surgery could. I am supposed to have my first fill this week. Should I go back to liquids already? I don't think I'm psychologically ready to handle food. TIA for your advice.
  5. thanks. i'll check with them on monday.
