  1. Just liquids with no protein? How's that going?
  2. My surgeon wants me to loose 15lbs. So stick with it you are probably on track. When you see that McDonald's drive right past, nun uh don't even look at the place. Look straight ahead, and pretend it doesn't exist. It's not there! I used to say, 10 ago, that my car had an alignment problem, when I drove by "M" (let's just quit using their name) it would pull toward it. Let's look straight forward and never look back, we can do this thing!!!
  3. Great to hear from all of you! I am having mine done in Mexico with Dr. Ariel Ortiz. I have butterflies in my empty stomach, I bet, ten times a day. I did my research and picked who I think is best for me. Sooo... here we all go.
  4. Do not know the answer to your question, but I'll be at the OCC ON Wednesday with pre - op on Tuesday. Maybe I'll see you there!

  7. I have read oodles of post here searching for the information that will set my mind at ease. I've been looking for the answer that "everything will be alright". That the my decision in going to Mexico to get a Surgery that will make my 19 years of obesity a thing of the past. My biggest dwelling point is whether am I picking the right Surgical team. I have looked up all the information I can find -which is not a great deal- about Dr. Osuna at Specialized Beriatrics. Does anyone have any experience with Dr Osuna? I will be sure to post a long and detailed account of my experience with her, because I want to be around for a long, Long time. Also because I want you to know that I made it ( : Please if you have any advice about her, her team, and any suggestions on how to settle down and let go of all the anxiety let me know.
