Here are some of my progress pictures the shirtless one is November 2013 & Nov. 2014 weight is was 498lbs in 2013 and 317lbs 2014 I was not sleeved until August 2014 after surgery weight loss is 58lbs total loss in 15 months since I started my journey is 181lbs and lossing????. I had a good pre-surgery loss. The side by side head shot are around the same dates.

Had my sleeve on Aug 20th my top weight was 498lbs in Aug of 2013, I had what I think was a successful prep year (that's how long it takes up here in Canada) I lost 115lbs from Aug 2013-July 2014 and 20 lbs on the pre-op liquid diet. I did all the mental prep everything I was ask to do, I woke up after the surgery and I have been second guessing my decision, ever since, anyone else have this? hope it's just not me.

  6. Not so far but my dietitian says I may able to work some veggies in. I have a pre op course next week we shall see. I hope so! But what ever it takes.

  9. I have a 10 day Pre-Op diet which is two shakes a day and one small protein meal with a few veggies.I'm 7 shakes a day nothing solid it seem insurmountable
  10. Just wondering what other people's pre-op diets are like I am scheduled for surgery June 27 I have to go on a liquid protein diet starting yesterday 6 weeks. It just seems long to me the Dr said it is to get the fat around the liver but I have lost 100lbs since September so I thought I would be good by now, anyone else have to do this?
