  1. Hi! I had my sleeve done on May 6th. I agree with you that it is 10 times better than I thought it was going to be. My biggest challenge is finding people I can get advice/support from you have been through it and/or going through it. Hence the reason I joined here. I also have 5 incisions with the glue on top. Had a drain as well but that was removed Monday. What a weird feeling!!! Getting the Protein in is brutal lol. Drinking constantly is a massive change as well. My stomach does the same thing yours does!!!!! Still!!! I thought by now that feeling would be gone, but my friend said it takes a bit. Im looking to find ways to figure out a good portion to eat. I was given clearance to eat Soups that are pureed, as well as Protein shakes and smoothies, but i can't seem to figure out a good portion size!!!! Good luck to you! and I hope to continue this journey with you as well Starting Weight: 209 (I'm 5'1'') Surgery Weight: 197 Current Weight: 191

Note: Post-op has been WAY BETTER than I expected. I'm amazed at myself each and every day. Be proud...be strong...be ready to start life over again.
