  1. I am taking Flintstones multi vitamin (yes the kids one) and calcium and b12 twice s day. That is one of the easy ones. There is a bariatric advantage vitamin that is chewable but you have to take it 4 times a day. . All mine are chewable. The Flintstones was actually suggested by nutritionist. Can't be gummies though.
  2. I wish I could have meat. I had surgery the 12th and I am just starting to be allowed to eat full liquids like cream of chicken soup stained. Have that until September 4 th and than 1 week pureed food. Than get to slowly introduce food.

  5. My post op has been really good. Not much pain at all. A little hard to get out of bed though. Did learn that you have to walk and drank lots of protein. My doctor requires 1 week cleat liquid protein, 2 week full liquid, 2 week pureed, and then we get to stay eating food.
  6. I am also on day 2. Do not much pain unless I am swalloWing pills. Sleeping a lot two.

  17. Well my surgery is tomorrow and I am getting really nervous and excited. Plus a lot more feelings all tied up into one.
  18. My dietitian says to use Walden farm dressing. It has no calories. Been on pre-op diet for a month and that was what I used for my salads at dinner. I had to have 4 protein shakes and 1 protein bar a day. Than I got to eat 4 oz of protein, 1-2 cups vegetables and 1 cup fruit. Surgery is Tuesday. I am getting so excited
