If you are looking for a doctor in the central area of the state I would reccomend Carle Hospital in Urbana. If that is too far to travel then call them and ask if they can refer you to someone closer to where you live. A lot of the bariatric clincs know eachother. If you get a referal you are better off than going in cold. Any questions just message me.

Penny.... I would love to start a local support group for the Mattoon/charleston area for weight loss patients. I just have not found that many people who are in our area. I was banded on june 17th of 2010. Best decision I ever made. I have lost 168 lbs to date. I have 30lbs to go till my goal weight.
