  1. I was 199 when I was banded on 5/20/14. I have since lost 26 pounds. It does come off slower but it is possible.
  2. I had this pain after surgery and talked to my doctor, it was gas. You need to walk, take some gas x, put a heat pack on it, and sleep in an up right position
  3. OMG I am 7 days out and am having the exact same stomach cramps and it really hurts! If Im sitting it doesn't hurt
  4. Whenever my neck hurts I walk for a bit to relieve some of the built up gas in my stomach or toss a heat pack on it and it feels so much better!
